Joe Laresca is a first-generation Latin American Entrepreneur and Artist.

He’s the founder and CEO of NOISE — a NYC-based creative studio. It functions as a full-service creative agency and venture studio.

NOISE has worked to develop and grow a variety of companies and public figures such as Redbull, Diageo, Nick Jonas, Ryan Serhant, NBC, Extell Development, Lightstone Group, Stoli Group, Villa One Tequila, Cadillac, Blumenfeld Development Group, Bjarke Ingels Group, Jon Taffer, Rohan Oza, and Casey Nesitat.

Prior to starting NOISE, Joe cofounded Serhant Media Group with Ryan Serhant of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listings New York – building all things media and brand for SERHANT. Through these initiatives, Joe helped Serhant sell over $300 million in real estate and was responsible for growing his social presence from an average of 1 million impressions/month to over 100 million impressions/month.

Joe has been featured in publications such as Fortune, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Thrive Global. He’s also earned multiple accolades for his work, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Crain’s 20 In their 20’s, Crain's Notable Hispanic Leaders, and Forbes Next 1000. NOISE placed 571 on the 2022 Inc 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US.

In late 2022, Joe launched NOISE Latin — a new division under NOISE on a mission to raise awareness for Latin culture and help companies speak to the Hispanic consumer by offering services in both Spanish and Spanglish. As a part of its launch, NOISE LATIN pledges to donate $1M of creative services to Latin-owned companies and brands.

Joe recently debuted his music under the moniker “SANTI.” His first 2 singles, “Tú y Yo” and “Mañana” have garnered over 500K streams on Spotify in just 4 months. SANTI was interviewed by Wonderland Magazine, talking about his debut single and his plans to establish himself in the world of music.

Joe is a first-generation college graduate from The College of William & Mary. Joe is from Staten Island and currently lives in NYC with his mini chocolate tan dachshund (Luna).
